Physical Body

There are 5 Components that are Expanded upon as you Continue on Your Path


1) Nutrition

We begin with proper Nutrition. Everyone needs a constant, rich, and easy-to-assimilate supply of nutrients in the body and blood at all times. If we want our body to repair and heal, this is a critical step. All Americans fall short of the minimum recommended intake of nutrients. Therefore, we need to become familiar with: what to eat; what not to eat; how often and; Super Foods - the richest and most nutrient-dense foods and herbs on the planet.

2) Elimination

Almost every American is constipated (even if you have diarrhea) and eventually develops bowel diseases. This retention of toxic waste poisons the body, depresses our immunity, and keeps us from self-repairing. The key is to get super Nutrition IN and accumulated waste OUT - these are the first two of 5 steps that helps restore the body to homeostasis and promote self-healing.

3) Immune System

The stress of modern life tends to beat us up (because we don't address the mind component), depleting and depressing our immune functions. Yet, our immune system is the most important system in the body for protecting and healing. For most people, however, their immune system is limping along, if not almost non-operational. But, if we supercharge it, we will witness a transformation occur that allows us to begin focusing in on that which is our mission in life - as Socrates noted above.

4) Detoxification

No one expects their car engine to run forever without routine maintenance such as oil changes, radiator flushes, transmission fluid replacement, new spark plugs, and a tune-up. This is just common sense. So, if we think our body is going to maintain itself without our helpful intervention, then we will become intimately familiar with western medicine and their drugs to get us through the day. The alternative is routine, preventative maintenance using simple Detoxes a few times each year at relatively low costs to sustain that amazing body of ours.

5) Specifics

In addition to the above, each of us have our own Specific challenges that require different solutions and different remedies. Only you know what your situation(s) is/are. Depending on severity, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That is, a little work upfront negates the need to do a ton of work when it is almost-too-late-to-do-anything. 

Let's go on, and delve into each of the 5 steps above.

#1 Nutrition

Our bodies can transform from a disease state to perfect health! It just needs our help...

Powerful Nutrition is the foundation to amazing health. And if we're not operating at peak performance, consuming better foods and super foods provides us the powerful nutrition that creates the health we need. First, we have to eat right by eating better more often. We may not eat perfectly each meal or each day, but your percentage of days taking in great foods for you individually has to be 80% or better. Otherwise, you're asking for illness to come visit you. Also, one person's beneficial food is another person's harmful food. We each have to figure out what foods work best for us. 

Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics, fats, carbs and a whole host of other ingredients combine to make us healthy. For instance, vitamins are essential organic compounds that we need to eat every day as our body cannot manufacture them. They are VITAL. That's where the name VITAmins originates. 

Now, the main reason our bodies deplete and break down is because the body does not get enough high quality nutrients, or fuel, to do its job. So, if we need hormones, immune cells, nerve cells, healthier organs, and richer blood, we can't build that with soda and junk food. But, with Super-Nutrition, anything is possible.

Further, we cannot assimilate oyster shells, coral, iron ore and synthetic chemicals.

#2 Elimination

The next best thing, and many would say the first step in this 5-step process, is to eliminate every day via regular movements that strengthen, not weaken, the muscles of the colonStrengthening is done with herbs; weakening is done via the methods employed by western medical doctors and their drugs.

We tend to hold onto waste in our bodies much longer than a very healthy person would. Why? We don't know how to eat; we don't know what to eat; we don't know the purpose of foods and; we are driven by our taste buds and 'social mores' (family/societal conventions and customs) when it comes to eating and drinking.

On a basic level, all animal foods - meats, eggs, and dairy - have absolutely NO fiber.  So, when eaten, it's difficult to eliminate the grease and fat from our bowels. When wheat and flour products are added to a diet laden with meat, we develop a thick paste in our guts. Add to this a sedentary lifestyle combined with stress, and voila!...we have constipation. And   we have done this to ourselves, by ourselves, with no help from anyone else!


What does this add up to? A country that has the highest incidence of constipation on the planet! The results are skin eruptions (acne, rashes), halitosis, backaches (many low backaches are due to constipation), headaches, low energy, and a host of other diseases just because we did not eliminate in a timely manner.

Many herbalists, traditional Chinese practitioners, holistic practitioners, Ayurvedic practitioners, and body workers have found that regular, daily (2-3 times a day) bowel movements are a must in maintaining health. Western doctors pooh-pooh (pun intended) this idea, but then again, they are disease management practitioners not health practitioners.

Most people do not eliminate what they have eaten for at least 72 hours and for up to 2 weeks due to their lifestyle and the sluggishness of their bowels (large intestines) whereas a healthy individual will eliminate within 8-16 hours.

When looking for a product to help with bowel movement, regularity, muscle toning, and an improvement in how you feel, you need to look for certain herbs. For instance, these herbs are best: Curaçao, Wild Harvested Aloe Leaf, Organic Senna Leaf and Pod, Wild Harvested Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark, Wild Harvested Oregon Grape Root, Organic Hawaiian Yellow Ginger Root, Organic Garlic Bulb,  & Wild Harvested Habanero Pepper.

#3 Immune System

Although the immune system is critical to our health and interacts with every system and organ in the body, it requires little to keep it running optimally. By providing proper nutrition, insuring daily elimination, and doing periodic detoxes, the immune system will maintain a strong and healthy status. There is a supplement that can be taken as a preventative however. Doing so keeps the immune system strong. The supplement is Vitamin C. Not the typical vitamin C containing ascorbic acid. Instead, look for a Vitamin C that contains: Camu camu, Acerola Cherry, Pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry, Rose Hips, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Coriander Leaf, Parsley Leaf, Kale Leaf, & Habanero Pepper. Oh, and do not purchase any Vitamin C in a pharmaceutical store. The above described Vitamin C actually cannot be found near a pharmaceutical store.

Echinacea is also immune-boosting. But, as with 'Vitamin C,' you must know what to get when purchasing this herb. It should contain Echinacea Angustifolia Root, Echinacea Purpurea Seed, Garlic Bulb, and Habanero Pepper.

#4 Detoxification

Routine detoxing or cleansing of all our major elimination channels to stimulate, flush, and tone the body is essential for optimum health.

Every single one of our cells creates metabolic waste as part of its function. Therefore, the constant elimination of this waste is of utmost importance to protect us and create powerful health. Every cell relies on our 'garbage disposal' systems - bowel, liver, kidneys, lungs - to remove waste from the body. When any of these waste disposal systems gets congested, sluggish, or bogged down, cellular waste begins to build and back up. This is a problem, a serious problem. At first, we may feel 'off' - have low energy and headaches, because the body becomes polluted. Over time, as our systems get more polluted, they eventually dysfunction. We progress from dis-ease to disease to death. 

Like preventative maintenance for our vehicles or flushing the water filtration system for a pool, routine seasonal maintenance or detoxification of the physical body is necessary to protect, and keep strong and healthy, this amazing collection of systems and organs. Again, the garbage disposal systems - more formally known as the elimination channels - must be cleansed. The bowels, the liver, and the kidneys, but also the lungs via proper breathing techniques. 

There are many cleanse or detox protocols. Although we are not going to present all of them. we will highlight the different organs and systems that need to be cleansed.

Depending on your situation, you may need a colon cleanse. This is also known as a bowel or Large Intestines cleanse. If you are an American, there is a very good chance that this cleanse is a must for you. Why? Most Americans have never been taught, nor have they learned on their own, to do a bowel cleanse. The reason this cleanse is so important is because a clear passageway is necessary to allow food and water to be absorbed through the walls of the intestinal tract, while allowing toxins to travel freely through and out of the body. [Did you know that the hole originating at the mouth and ending at the anus is one long passageway? It's physically a hole through the center of the body that can be said to be not part of the body...it is a hole after all. At the same time, it is one of the most important avenues in the entire system of trail ways.

A bowel detox is a powerful vacuum that cleans out old fecal matter, toxins, poisons, bacteria, drug residues, and heavy metals. It will help to improve digestion and absorption, expedite elimination frequency, and aid in weight loss. 

A liver cleanse is critical for just about everyone living because the function of the liver is to collect debris, garbage, toxins, and all substance to which the body should not be exposed.

You may need to do a water fasting or a juice cleanse. Perhaps you need to find out what foods you are allergic to. Maybe a heavy metal detox is called for or a Thyroid Rehab is needed. Perhaps you are always congested and need to address this situation.


When I was a health and wellness consultant, I often spoke about detoxing and cleansing. Some people immediately knew what I was talking about while others displayed a perplexed look on their face. I think this was because we were raised with such a 'take a drug for this problem' mentality that when it was/is suggested that we do something for our self and by our self, or do something that seems so simple, it somehow seems backwards and unsophisticated, even third-worldly. Nonetheless, the remedies all worked and they were/are so inexpensive. So, here are some of the personal remedies I still use to this day.

Exercise, Meditation, High-Resonating Spiritual Books, Cleanses, Detoxes, SuperFoods, Vitamin C Complex (w/out ascorbic acid), Burdock Root, Spirulina, Barley Grass Juice Powder, Dulse, Licorice, Gokshuradi Guggulu, Ashwaganda (adaptogen), Gokshura Powder (kidney/urinary), more as needed and, of course, very very healthy foods.
